History
APESS was founded in 2005 to be an independent supplier of process simulation services. The best solution should not depend on the limitations of any specific technology. We provide specialist services to operating companies in the process industry sectors, engineering design companies and contractors, engineering consultancies and simulation software vendors. We will work for you, not for the software supplier.

Principal Engineer
Our founder and principal engineer is Dr Martin Sneesby, a chemical engineer with operating experience on real plants and a PhD in dynamic simulation. Martin has been using process simulation software to solve real-world engineering challenges for more than 30 years. He has worked across the globe and across the market sectors, but always with a depth and process understanding that good simulation work demands.
